God is Unchangeable
“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed, says the Lord, who has compassion on you.” Isaiah 54:10
God does not change His mind, make promises He won’t keep, or sign agreements that won’t last. Our Lord is immortal, His mind is certain, and His covenant with us is not subject to anything other than His righteous character. God loves you, Jesus died for you on Calvary’s cross, the Bible says He is returning for you, and nothing will change that.
The love that God has for us can not be shaken or removed by anything of our doing. His covenant of redemption is irremovable because the Lord’s compassion on us is so great and He desires that we all repent and trust in Him in faith.
Let’s pray today that we find assurance in serving the God who is unchangeable in His ways.
