An Eternal Plan
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
Our God cares about us individually and personally, and He has a plan for each of our tomorrows. He knows us and who we are, what worries us and what gives us happiness. He is the Creator of all creation and Supreme Ruler of the vast universe, and still He has a personalized plan for our life that includes a personal relationship with us that lasts into eternity.
When we find ourselves dismayed about our future, this is the promise we can go to for assurance, because in it we know that God has a plan for our life. The God who works all things out to our good has an eternal plan for us.
Let’s pray today that we will walk in faith following the plan that our God has for us.
