Sin No More
“See, the day of the Lord is coming—a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger—to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.“ Isaiah 13:9
The good news about God’s wrath is the total relief from the reign of evil and an end of injustice by wickedness in high places. The day of the Lord will usher in the execution of God’s judgment upon the political systems that have oppressed and harmed God’s people. His righteous ways will be vindicated, His saints will rule with Him, and sin will be no more.
The weeds will grow with the wheat until that day because God desires that men would repent before then and be saved. However, the day of the Lord’s wrath is coming because there is nothing else that can be done for those who have outright rejected God’s grace.
Let’s pray today that we would not lose sight that our Lord will redeem and end the reign of sin.
