Peace in Jesus
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” Isaiah 26:3
Without Jesus, finding peace in a world that’s in collusion with the gates of hell is impossible. Fix your thoughts on the Lord and trust in Him. We can be hopeful for our future by waiting on the Lord and trusting in Him. We can stand for right among a people doing wrong by being faithful to the ways of the Lord and trusting in His word. We can only find peace in these times in Jesus.
Sometimes we need to invest less time fixing our mind on the headlines and more time fixing our mind on Jesus. When we intentionally think on the promises of God’s Word and spend more time praising than Lord, peace will no longer allude us.
Let’s pray today by turning our hearts and minds toward the Prince of Peace, Jesus.
